...after clicking on the link you will be redirected to gastite's homepage were you will find a link on the bottom left that says “RE-CERTIFICATION”.

Have your current CSST certification number handy and click on the re-certification tab. If you are a first-time installer you will need to choose the other tab to take the certification class/testing. 

On the next screen you will need to enter your contact information. In the event your certification number does not come up, don’t panic! 

Call 1-800-662-0208 and ask for Chelsey. She will help you along with verifying your certification number. Most should have no issues, but some certification numbers are not in their database so a quick phone call will get you rolling. 

You will then continue on with a short series of questions and a short quiz. You’ll ace that, and then you will get a new temporary card.  A permanent Flash Shield certification card will arrive in the mail.

Don’t Forget:

Bring your new certification card to N&N Supply so we can enter your Flash Shield certification into our database. If you have recently taken the Gastite / Flash Shield certification class in the past year, you should not have to go through this process.
